It is the customers responsibility to return the radon measurement pots after end measurement period. A pre-paid return envelope is included for UK customers only.

We can not guarantee an accurate result for radon measurement pots returned to us no later than 6 months after end measurement.

Radon measurement pots returned to us more than a year after they were shipped will not be processed.

Radon measurement pots are checked upon return to ensure they have not been tampered with and if they have been opened, no analysis will be made.

All prices quoted are inclusive VAT and postage and packing for the UK. For countries outside the European Union, the VAT will be subtracted and a postage cost will be added.

Customers from outside the European Union will not be charged VAT, but will be charged an additional postage price.

Payments are only accepted as credit or debit card payments via our secure payment website.
